We are seeking recent college graduates who are already strong leaders and are looking for intentional leadership development and to begin their "Chick-fil-A Journey" with a focus on business leadership, an opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience, and individual mentorship and development that will help them discover their unique strengths and vocational niche.

 

Pre-requisites

  • A degree from an accredited four year college or university

  • Two years leadership experience in work or school

  • Four references (two personal, two professional)

  • Ability and willingness to commit to a two to three year employment and development opportunity

  • Servant teachable heart

  • Demonstrate the Character, Chemistry, and Competence of our Chick-fil-A Canton brand

 

Interview Process

  1. Expression of Interest: interested candidates should fill out the online form here.

  2. Video Interview: candidates will participate in a 1.5-2 hour video interview

  3.  DISC and Strengths  Finder Assessments: test prior to the face to face interview
  4. Final Interview: candidates will travel to Canton, Georgia to have a final interview session in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
